Ordering is easy! Simply browse our selection, add the desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information.
We always aim to dispatch within 24 hours. This may not always be possible during busy periods but we will try our best.
We will always confirm dispatch by email within 24 hours of handing the order over to Royal Mail.

Please note - Sensory Wall toys have an additional 3 day dispatch time and we may use a different courier depending on the weight of the item. You should receive your sensory wall toy within 5 working days of your order date.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
We only ship within the UK.

We are pleased to accept Purchase Orders from Schools, NHS, Charities and Healthcare Professionals. The quickest and most efficient way to place a Purchase Order is through our website.
During the checkout process, simply enter your official Purchase Order Number in the order notes section and then choose the Purchase Order option at checkout. Upon order dispatch, an invoice will be sent to your organisation. Payment terms are 30 days.
Alternatively, you can send a Purchase Order by emailing your purchase order to sales@playinc.co.uk
A delivery charge of £3.99 will be applied to purchase orders.
Please note that we do not accept Purchase Orders by phone.

When you use Clearpay, you pay for your items in 4 equal instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest.
Clearpay will pay us (Playinc) in full and upfront on your behalf.
You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks. Click here for more info on Clearpay!
Yes, we provide order tracking information via email. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
