We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, if ordered before 3pm we aim for same day dispatch. This may not always be possible during busy periods but we will try our best.

We will always confirm dispatch by email within 24 hours of handing the order over to Royal Mail.

Free Delivery - On orders £29.99+

If you spend £29.99 or more you will qualify for FREE delivery, which is Royal Mail Tracked 48 so should be delivered within 2 working days.

Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 if you spend £29.99+

You have the option at checkout to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for only 99p if you have spent £29.99+. Delivery should be within 1 working day.

Delivery within 1 working day for £3.99. Tracked.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery

Delivery within 2 working days for £3.55. Tracked.

We offer FREE DHL courier for all of our Sensory wall toys. Delivery aim within 5 working days.

Please note - We may use a different courier depending on the weight of the item. You should receive your sensory wall toy within 5 working days of your order date.
